Living Longer: New Realities, Resources, and Strategies  

longer4Are you over 60 and wrestling with issues surrounding this next chapter of your life? Given that life expectancies today are longer, we need to change our perspectives on aging. In this class, we will discuss how to apply the latest findings on longevity to our lives, how society’s attitudes about aging (“ageism”) affect us, and how to maximize this experience to create positive and fulfilling lives, all while acknowledging the changes in our lives.
