New Progress Report on Brookline’s Age-Friendly City Initiative

The Brookline Age-Friendly City initiative has released a 27-page report on its extensive accomplishments in the past two years. The report provides an overview of many projects that are included in the collaboration among many Town departments, BrooklineCAN, and the Council on Aging. Three pages are devoted to highlights. The report is available electronically through the BrooklineCAN website:

Paper copies can be requested through the Council on Aging at 617-730-2777. They will also be available at Town Hall.  Brookline launched its Age-Friendly City initiative in 2012. The effort to strengthen the Town’s age-friendly features continues.
