BrooklineCAN Presents “The Mind Body Connection”

On Monday, October 19, 6:30 – 8:30 pm, Dr. Ann Webster will discuss the mind-body connection and the role it plays in successful aging. Dr. Webster is Director of the Mind Body Program for Successful Aging, Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine, Massachusetts General Hospital.  She’ll explain how seniors can reduce stress, enhance quality of life, and reduce negative thinking. Learn about the tools you need to age with wisdom, health, humor, and gratitude. Reception prior to the event 6:00-6:30 pm.  Located in Hunneman Hall in the main Brookline Library, 361 Washington Street, this program is free of charge, but registration is required.
