On two Thursdays this Summer, July 22 and August 19, both at 1:00 pm, join Tangocise™ creator Fran Beaumont in a group experience to exercise in a meaningful way while developing core strength, increasing balance and improving posture, all while listening to beautiful Argentine Tango music. Research has shown that Tango uses several beneficial forms of movement and has been linked to increased heart health, better balance, improved memory, and weight loss. Whatever the age or ability, anyone can participate. Dancing skills are certainly not the primary objective, but end up becoming an added benefit.
